PURCHASED ITEMS FROM LASER THERAPY U BOOKSTORE

To return a product purchased from our Laser Therapy U bookstore, call customer support cs@lasertherapyu.org or call us at 1-678-825-4497, via fax 1-866-314-6706. Our support representative will give you a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the product. You may not return a product without an RMA number. The product will only be accepted as a return, if it is in as-new condition. Laser Therapy U will provide credit to either your credit card or via check. A re-stocking fee of 20% may apply.

GEORGIA SALES TAX

For orders made from within Georgia, a 8.0% sales tax will be applied. All other US based orders are tax free. International orders may require duties to be paid in your country for importation.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia applicable to agreements negotiated, executed and performed wholly and solely within the State of Georgia.
